Returns Policy

We want all our customers to be more than completely satisfied with their purchase and we are fully commited to provide you with a satisfactory experience. Most of our transactions excel our customer's expectations but should any issue ever arise we are here to help. We have a proven track record of providing a high standard customer service and we will do whatever it takes to maintain this record. If you find you are not completely satisfied with a transaction then please contact us and we will be happy to try and resolve any issue promptly.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14 day return period. The item must still be sealed in its original packaging and must not be used, opened or sampled. Buyer pays return postage. We will then be more than happy to offer an exchange or a full refund.


Many items carry a one year minimum warranty and if there is a fault with your item our returns period may be extended, please contact us. Note: You need to contact us to report a faulty item, before returning it.

CherriBox reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange once an item has been returned if it does not contain all of its contents or has been falsely returned.

Returning or Exchanging an Item

Complete the Returns Form and we will notify you of the return address and reference number.


Package your item securely and include your returns reference number.


Return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.


Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.


We will issue a full refund or despatch an alternative on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.


Please note: If goods are not faulty, they will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please obtain a certificate of posting from your postal service as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of returning the item to us is also your responsibility.


Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.


Your return will be processed and a replacement or refund for products will be arranged within two days of us receiving your returned items.
